Bio
Robert is a recent addition to the firm of Martin, Hochberg and Cianflone, PLLP. He received his J.D. in 2020 from Western New England University School of Law (where he served as President of the Student Bar Association); and a B.S. in Political Science & Pre-Law in 2015 from Hartwick College.
While at law school, Robert participated in the Real Estate Law Clinic where he interned at the Law Offices of Douglas J. Brunner and the Gove Law Office (now known as Legacy Counsellors, P.C.) focusing on conducting title examinations and facilitating residential real estate closings. During his undergraduate studies, Robert clerked for the Hon. Joseph A. Sise, former Justice of the Montgomery County Supreme Court and the Hon. Felix J. Catena, current Montgomery County District Court Judge.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked at the law office of Aaronson & Mach, P.C. in Pittsfield and the Schumann-McGhee Law Firm in Amsterdam, NY. Robert is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York.
Robert lives in Pittsfield with his fiancé Brittany Bandani, herself an attorney for Community Legal Aid, and their Bernese Mountain Dog Emmie Lou. When not in the office, Robert enjoys hiking the various trails throughout Berkshire County, golfing, travelling, and visiting with family and friends.
