People and businesses sue each other for a tremendous variety of reasons. Some examples come immediately to mind: someone hurt in a car crash suing the other driver; a plumber suing a customer for not paying the bill; a dispute between neighbors over the property line. Lawsuits are never fun. However, sometimes they are necessary.
