Bio
Anthony G. Massimiano is a graduate of Williams College and Northeastern University School of Law. His areas of concentration include residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, probate administration, corporate law and business transactions.
Upon graduating from law school, Tony served as a law clerk to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He has also served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for Massachusetts and for over 25 years was a member of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners and the National Conference of Bar Examiners.
Tony has been in private practice in Pittsfield since 1976 and joined Martin & Oliveira, LLP in 2017. He is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts as well as to the bar of the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Claims. He is a member of the Berkshire Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.
Tony currently is president of a non-profit housing corporation and is a past member of several other non-profit organizations and of the City of Pittsfield Parks Commission and Conservation Commission.
Tony lives in Pittsfield with his wife, Kathy, and they have three grown children. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, boating and playing with his grandchildren.
