Bio
Tom Martin is a partner with Martin Hochberg & Cianflone, PLLP. His clientele includes individuals and business organizations. Tom has extensive experience in the area of residential and commercial real estate and represents businesses, buyers, sellers and lending institutions in all aspects of purchases, sales and refinances throughout Massachusetts. He has experience handling multi-million dollar commercial financing transactions representing both banks and borrowers. His areas of concentration also include the preparation of wills, trusts and estate plans, general business counseling and business formation as well as representing lenders in debt and foreclosure proceedings.
Tom is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island (B.S) in 2007 and his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D.) in 2012.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Berkshire County Kids’ Place and of the Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity. Tom resides in Pittsfield with his wife and their two children. Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time enjoying the great recreational and cultural activities of the Berkshires with both friends and his family.
